Receipt & KOT Customization

Choosing what prints on the customer bill and the kitchen KOT in RoyalPOS using Customize Your Printer — logo, brand, tax, tokens, item details, totals, footer, QR codes, KOT fields, and KOT-as-label.

Where do I choose what prints on the bill and KOT?

  1. Printer Settings → Customize Your Printer.
  2. Pick the tab: Cash Counter, Kitchen, or KOT as Label.
  3. Toggle the fields/rows on or off.
  4. Changes apply to the next print.

  1. Printer Settings → Customize Your Printer → Cash Counter tab.

How do I print the currency symbol on the Grand Total?

  1. Customize Your Printer → Cash Counter tab.
  2. Enable Currency symbol in Total.
  3. Choose or type the symbol; save.

Can I print a QR code on the bill (UPI / tax QR)?

Yes. On the Cash Counter tab you can enable a tax/compliance QR (e.g. KSA) and a dynamic UPI QR that encodes the bill amount so customers can scan to pay. The QR prints in the bill footer area.

  1. Customize Your Printer → Cash Counter tab.
  2. Enable the QR option you need (tax QR or dynamic UPI QR).
  3. Save and print a test bill.

  1. Customize Your Printer → Kitchen tab.
  2. Enable the KOT fields you need.
  3. Save.
