What is a recipe and how does it affect stock?
A recipe links a sold item to the raw materials it consumes. When the item sells, RoyalPOS can deduct the raw materials per the recipe, so raw-material stock stays accurate.
- Open Inventory → Recipe.
- Define the raw materials and quantities for the item.
- Save — sales then deduct raw materials accordingly.

How do I manage raw materials?
Raw materials are the ingredients consumed by recipes. Add and update their stock in the inventory area; recipes draw down raw-material stock as linked items are sold.
