Admin Dashboard — Getting Started

Logging in to the RoyalPOS web admin dashboard, understanding the dashboard and analytics, and managing your profile and language.

How do I log in to the RoyalPOS admin dashboard?

Open the RoyalPOS admin dashboard in your web browser and sign in with your registered email/username and password. After login you land on the dashboard with the menu on the left.

  1. Open the RoyalPOS admin dashboard URL in a browser.
  2. Enter your email/username and password.
  3. Click Login to reach the dashboard.

I forgot my dashboard password — how do I reset it?

Use the Forgot Password link on the login page to receive a reset link by email, or change your password later from your profile. Follow the emailed link to set a new password.

  1. On the login page click Forgot Password.
  2. Enter your registered email.
  3. Open the reset link from your email and set a new password.

What does the dashboard home show?

The dashboard home gives an overview of your business — sales summaries and key figures — with the navigation menu on the left to reach items, stock, customers, offers, reports and settings.

Where do I see analytics and graphs?

Open Analytics from the menu to see graphical insights into sales and performance over time, complementing the detailed reports section.

  1. From the left menu open Analytics.
  2. Choose the period to view the graphs.

How is the dashboard menu organised?

The left menu groups features: menu setup (taxes, categories, modifiers, items, combo, package), stock/inventory, customers and members, offers and advertisements, reports, and settings. Outlet selection is usually at the top.

How do I update my profile or change my password?

Open your Profile from the account menu to update your details and change your password.

  1. Open Profile / account settings.
  2. Edit your details or set a new password.
  3. Save.

Can I change the dashboard language?

Yes. Use the language option to switch the dashboard language to a supported language.

  1. Open the language selector.
  2. Choose your language.
  3. The dashboard text updates.

How do I switch between outlets in the dashboard?

If you manage more than one outlet, use the outlet selector (usually at the top of the dashboard) to switch the outlet you're viewing/editing. Items, stock and reports then reflect the selected outlet.

  1. Open the outlet selector at the top of the dashboard.
  2. Choose the outlet you want to manage.
  3. The dashboard data switches to that outlet.
