Logging in, the outlet dashboard, user roles, PIN access, and syncing data in RoyalPOS.
Open RoyalPOS and sign in with your outlet credentials. After login you reach the outlet dashboard, from where you can start orders, open the kitchen view, manage items, and reach settings.

If your outlet uses device codes, enter the device code on the login screen to register that device to the outlet. After that the device opens directly to its assigned role.

The dashboard is the home screen after login. From it you can Start Order (takeaway/dine-in/delivery), open the Kitchen (KDS), open Admin/Item management, view reports, get support/help, and log out.

RoyalPOS supports roles such as cashier/biller, waiter, captain (table-side ordering), and kitchen (KDS). What each user can do depends on the role and the permissions set for the outlet.

A PIN protects sensitive actions and admin areas. When prompted, enter the PIN using the on-screen keypad or your keyboard — both work. If the PIN is correct you proceed; if not, you're asked to try again.

Use the Sync option to pull the latest items, prices, taxes, and settings from the server. Sync after you change the menu or settings online so the POS shows current data.

Use the Logout option from the dashboard or side menu to sign out. Depending on your setup you return to the login screen or the outlet/device login.

RoyalPOS runs on Android, iOS, and Windows desktop. The main billing device, kitchen screens, captain handhelds, and token-counter displays can be a mix of these, as long as they're on the same local network for multi-device features.
