The integrations available with RoyalPOS — online ordering/aggregators, payment gateways, loyalty/CRM, and messaging — and how they are enabled.

Which integrations are available with RoyalPOS?

RoyalPOS supports a range of integrations (availability depends on your plan and region). These commonly include — Online ordering / aggregators: Zomato, Swiggy (via UrbanPiper), UrbanPiper, ONDC, and the Capto customer app/QR ordering; Payment gateways: Razorpay, Paytm, PhonePe, Pine Labs, Ezetap, Mosambee, Hesabe, NMI, BharatPe; Loyalty / CRM: Reelo, Bingage, CKKA; Messaging: WhatsApp (WATI) and SMS gateways; plus accounting and wallet integrations.

Exact availability varies by plan and country; some integrations are enabled by the RoyalPOS team for your account.

How do I enable an integration?

Integrations are enabled from their respective screens in the dashboard — for example Online Integration for ordering platforms, the payment-integration screens for payment gateways, SMS Integration for SMS, and WATI for WhatsApp. Open the integration you need, enter its connection details/keys, and save. Some integrations also need to be enabled for your account by the RoyalPOS team.

  1. Open the relevant integration screen (Online Integration, payment integration, SMS, WhatsApp/WATI, etc.).
  2. Enter the integration's details/API keys.
  3. Save and enable it.
  4. If an option isn't visible, contact RoyalPOS to enable it for your plan.
