Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in setting up and using RoyalPOS.

  • Resolve customer queries quickly and efficiently.

  • Provide technical and operational support via calls and emails.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

  • Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in customer support.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and patience.

  • Basic knowledge of computers and mobile applications.
